Garlic Butter Steak Bites

A quick and luxurious meal of tender steak bites seared in garlic butter and tossed with zucchini, perfect for weeknight dinners.

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or New York strip)
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prep the ingredients by cutting the steak into 1-inch cubes and seasoning with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear the steak cubes in a single layer for 2-3 minutes without moving them.
  4. Flip the steak bites and cook for another 2-3 minutes to your desired doneness.
  5. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  6. Add butter to the skillet and melt, then stir in the minced garlic for about 30 seconds.
  7. Combine the steak bites and zucchini with the garlic butter, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
  8. Finish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Let the steak rest before serving to keep it tender. Experiment with different veggies or spices to customize the dish.
