Garlic Parmesan Grilled Chicken

A juicy grilled chicken infused with garlic and Parmesan cheese, perfect for any meal.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Prep the Chicken – Rinse and pat dry the chicken breasts.
  2. Make the Marinade – Whisk together olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
  3. Marinate the Chicken – Coat chicken in marinade and let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes to overnight.
  4. Preheat the Grill – Heat the grill to medium-high.
  5. Grill the Chicken – Cook for 6-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Rest the Chicken – Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes after grilling.
  7. Serve and Enjoy – Slice and serve with extra Parmesan if desired.
