Garlic Parmesan Shrimp

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tbsp unsalted butter

4 garlic cloves, minced

½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.

Sprinkle with Parmesan and toss to coat.

Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and squeeze fresh lemon over the top.
