Ghostly Lasagna

A hauntingly hearty bake layered with tender chicken, creamy ricotta, and spinach—all cloaked in gooey mozzarella ghosts with olive eyes. This lasagna is scary good, full of rich flavor and festive charm. A perfect centerpiece for your Halloween feast.

Ingredients

24 lasagna noodles

4 cups cooked chicken, shredded

4 cups spinach, chopped

4 cups ricotta cheese

4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

A few black olives (sliced for “eyes”)

6 cups marinara sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a bowl, mix ricotta with spinach, salt, and pepper.

In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce. Layer noodles, ricotta-spinach mix, shredded chicken, mozzarella, and sauce. Repeat layers, ending with sauce and mozzarella.

Use mozzarella slices cut into ghost shapes, and add olive slices as eyes for a spooky topping.

Sprinkle Parmesan over the top.

Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
