1½ lbs Ground Beef
1 Yellow Onion, diced
1 Red Bell Pepper, diced
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 (14 oz) Can Diced Tomatoes
1½ cups Beef Broth
1 cup Long Grain Rice
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
Parsley for garnish (optional)
Brown the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
Add Veggies: Stir in onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
