Ground Beef Stroganoff

This easy ground beef stroganoff is the ultimate weeknight comfort dish—rich, creamy, and full of savory flavor. With tender egg noodles simmered right in the broth and a velvety mushroom sauce, it’s a satisfying, no-fuss classic made in one pot.

1 lb Ground Beef

16 oz Egg Noodles

4 cups Beef Broth

1 can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup

3 tbsp Flour

½ tsp Garlic Powder

½ cup Sour Cream

Instructions

Brown the Beef: In a large pot or skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add Seasoning & Soup: Stir in garlic powder, flour, and cream of mushroom soup. Mix well.

Add Broth & Noodles: Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil. Add egg noodles, reduce heat to a simmer, and cook uncovered for 10–12 minutes until noodles are tender. Stir occasionally.

Finish with Sour Cream: Remove from heat and stir in sour cream until smooth and creamy.

Serve: Scoop into bowls and enjoy hot.
