A whimsical dessert that combines hard boiled eggs and chocolate for a silky, creamy treat high in protein.

  • A Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Hard Boiled Eggs by boiling them in water for 9-12 minutes, then cool in ice water.
  2. Peel and chop the eggs into smaller pieces.
  3. Blend the chopped eggs, cocoa powder, milk, sweetener, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  4. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or chocolate flavor as desired.
  5. Chill the pudding in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Notes
