For the Overnight Oats:

½ cup rolled oats

½ cup milk (or dairy-free)

¼ cup Greek yogurt (or non-dairy alternative)

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp maple syrup or honey

¼ cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

For the Bento Box Fillers:

Extra berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1 tbsp mini chocolate chips

1 tbsp sunflower or pumpkin seeds

Optional: coconut flakes, granola clusters

Instructions

Mix oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, sweetener, and berries in a bowl.

Spoon mixture into a heart-shaped silicone mold. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).

Once set, gently unmold and place into the bento box center.

Fill surrounding compartments with berries, seeds, chocolate chips, and optional toppings.
