High-Protein Cheeseburger Bowls

A flavorful and fun twist on a classic cheeseburger, minus the bun! These high-protein bowls are loaded with flavorful beef, fresh veggies, and a creamy burger-style sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef (or Ground Turkey)
  • 2 cups Vegetables (lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc.)
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Burger-Style Sauce (mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, etc.)
  • 1 Avocado (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Bacon bits (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Meat by heating a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
  2. Season the Meat with salt, pepper, and spices, stirring to combine.
  3. Prepare the Veggies by chopping lettuce, slicing tomatoes, and dicing onions.
  4. Assemble the Bowls starting with a bed of lettuce, followed by the cooked meat.
  5. Add Toppings such as shredded cheese, chopped tomatoes, and any additional veggies.
  6. Drizzle on the Sauce over the top to enhance the flavor.
