Honey Butter Chicken Alfredo Pasta

A cozy classic dish featuring creamy Alfredo pasta with sweet honey butter chicken.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Chicken Breasts (seasoned)
  • 8 oz Fettuccine Pasta
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Chopped Parsley for Garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the Fettuccine: Begin by boiling a large pot of salted water. Once boiling, add your fettuccine and cook according to the package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add a drizzle of olive oil or butter. Once hot, add chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and let rest before slicing.
  3. Make the Honey Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and melt butter. Add honey and stir until smooth and bubbly.
  4. Add the Cream and Cheese: Pour in heavy cream and stir continuously, then add Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  5. Combine the Pasta and Sauce: Toss the drained pasta in the sauce. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water as needed.
  6. Add Chicken and Season: Toss in sliced chicken to coat in sauce, seasoning to taste with salt and pepper.

Notes

Serve with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan for garnish. Pair with a side salad or garlic bread.
