Hot Spinach Dip : Extra Creamy, Cheesy & Party-Ready

This Hot Spinach Dip is rich, creamy, and packed with gooey cheese and garlicky spinach goodness. 16 oz cream cheese, softened

2 cups sour cream

20 oz fresh spinach (or 2 boxes frozen, thawed & squeezed dry)

2 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (plus extra for garnish)

Cooking spray

Bread, crackers, or veggies for serving

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.

Add spinach, garlic, salt, pepper, Parmesan, 2 cups mozzarella, and parsley. Mix until fully combined.

Transfer mixture to baking dish and smooth the top.

Sprinkle remaining 1 cup mozzarella on top.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until hot, bubbly, and golden.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with dippers.
