Crust:
1 cup shredded mozzarella
2 tbsp cream cheese
1/2 cup almond flour
1 large egg
Toppings:
1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
2 eggs
2 slices cooked bacon or sausage, crumbled
Optional: chopped bell peppers, spinach, or herbs
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Melt mozzarella and cream cheese together (microwave or stovetop), then mix with almond flour and egg to form dough.
Press dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet into a round or rectangle.
Bake crust for 7–8 minutes until lightly golden.
Add cheese and toppings. Crack eggs on top carefully.
