Keto Broccoli Salad Without Sugar

This salad takes me back to summer picnics with my grandmother. She used to make a creamy broccoli salad, always with love. Today, I’ve made a keto-friendly version—just as tasty, but without the sugar. It’s perfect for those watching carbs or just wanting to eat a little lighter. Ingredients

4 cups fresh broccoli florets

½ small red onion, finely chopped

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

¼ cup sunflower seeds

6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

½ cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1-2 tsp keto-friendly sweetener (like erythritol or monk fruit)

Instructions

n a large bowl, combine broccoli, onion, cheese, sunflower seeds, and bacon.

In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, vinegar, mustard, and sweetener if using. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.

Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
