1 lb breakfast sausage
8 large eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: chopped spinach, mushrooms, or onions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish (8×8 or 9×9 inch).
In a skillet, cook sausage until browned. Drain excess fat.
In a large bowl, whisk eggs, cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Stir in cheese, cooked sausage, and any optional veggies.
Pour mixture into the baking dish.
