Keto Sausage Egg Bake!

This dish reminds me of holiday mornings—when the house smells amazing and everyone gathers around the table. Now, I make this Keto Sausage Egg Bake year-round because it’s just that good. Packed with savory sausage, creamy eggs, and melty cheese, it’s a meal that keeps you full and fueled for hours.

Ingredients

1 lb breakfast sausage

8 large eggs

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: chopped spinach, mushrooms, or onions

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish (8×8 or 9×9 inch).

In a skillet, cook sausage until browned. Drain excess fat.

In a large bowl, whisk eggs, cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Stir in cheese, cooked sausage, and any optional veggies.

Pour mixture into the baking dish.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until set and golden on top.

Cool slightly before slicing. Enjoy hot or cold!
