This wrap brings back memories of deli lunches—stacked high with all the good stuff. But now with a keto twist! No bread, no guilt, just layers of turkey, bacon, cheese, and fresh veggies all wrapped in crisp lettuce. It’s quick, refreshing, and perfect for lunch on the go or a light dinner that still fills you up.

Ingredients

6 slices turkey breast

4 slices cooked turkey or pork bacon

2 slices cheddar or Swiss cheese

2 large romaine or iceberg lettuce leaves (or low-carb wrap if preferred)

4 slices tomato

¼ avocado, sliced

12 tbsp mayo or mustard

Salt & pepper to taste

Optional: red onion, pickles, or hot sauce

Instructions

Lay out lettuce leaves and gently pat dry.

Spread with mayo or mustard.

Layer turkey, bacon, cheese, tomato, avocado, and any extras.

Roll tightly like a burrito, securing with a toothpick if needed.

Slice in half and enjoy fresh!
