1 pre-cooked chicken sausage, sliced
1 cup canned lentils, drained
1/2 cup canned diced tomatoes (with juice)
1 cup fresh spinach
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: olive oil for sautéing
Sauté: In a saucepan, heat a little olive oil. Add sliced sausage and sauté until lightly browned (2–3 minutes).
Simmer: Add lentils, tomatoes, and smoked paprika. Stir and cook for 5–7 minutes until heated through.
