1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning (or your own blend)
¾ cup water
2 cups queso (store-bought or homemade)
½ cup diced tomatoes
¼ cup pickled jalapeños, sliced
¼ cup sour cream (for drizzling)
Optional: chopped cilantro, green onions, black beans, or avocado
Brown beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer 5–7 minutes until thickened.
