Warm, toasty, and just sweet enough—this board is a cozy mix of maple-glazed nuts and jewel-toned dried fruits. Perfect as a snack spread, wine pairing, or grazing board with rustic charm and autumnal flavor in every bite.

Maple-Roasted Nuts:

1 cup pecans

1 cup almonds

2 tbsp maple syrup

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Pinch of sea salt

Dried Fruits:

1/2 cup dried cranberries

1/2 cup dried apricots

1/2 cup golden raisins or dried cherries

1/4 cup dried figs, halved

Optional Add-Ons:

Dark chocolate squares

Goat cheese or Brie wedges

Crackers or oat biscuits

Instructions

Roast the Nuts: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Toss pecans and almonds with maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 10–12 mins, stirring halfway. Let cool.

Arrange the Board: Place nuts in small piles or bowls. Scatter dried fruits around, mixing colors and textures.

Add Extras: Include dark chocolate, soft cheese, or crackers for variety and richness.

Serve: Best served at room temperature for flavor and texture.
