Easy Chicken, Broccoli, and Brown Rice

A simple and nutritious meal prep recipe combining chicken, broccoli, and brown rice that’s perfect for busy weeks.

  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Brown Rice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Optional: Soy Sauce or Teriyaki Sauce

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by chopping broccoli and cutting chicken into chunks.
  2. Cook the brown rice in a pot with water and salt for about 45 minutes.
  3. Sauté the chicken in olive oil, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, until golden brown.
  4. Add broccoli to the skillet and steam for about 4-5 minutes.
  5. Combine cooked brown rice with chicken and broccoli, adding soy sauce if desired.
