12 mini brioche or Hawaiian rolls
12 slices smoked ham
6 slices Swiss cheese, halved
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp honey mustard
Optional: thin pickle slices
Slice rolls in half horizontally.
Spread mayo on the bottom halves, and honey mustard on the top halves.
Layer one slice of ham and half a slice of Swiss on each roll.
Add pickles if using, then close the sandwiches and press gently.
Optional (for warm sandwiches): Place in a baking dish, cover with foil, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes. Cool slightly before serving or packing.
