MINI KEY LIME PIES

Bright, tangy, and perfectly portioned—these Mini Key Lime Pies are the ultimate zesty-sweet treat. With a crunchy graham cracker base and a creamy citrus filling, they’re ideal for parties, picnics, or when you just want your own personal pie.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with liners or grease well.

In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press about 1–2 tablespoons into each muffin cup. Bake crusts for 5–6 minutes. Let cool slightly.

In a separate bowl, whisk together key lime juice, condensed milk, and egg yolks until smooth and creamy.

Pour filling into prepared crusts, about ¾ full.

Bake for 12–15 minutes until centers are just set (slightly jiggly is okay).

Cool completely, then chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving. Top with whipped cream if desired.
