1 cup pancake mix (plus water or milk, as directed)
Butter or oil for greasing
Fresh fruit: strawberries, bananas, blueberries, or raspberries
Maple syrup for drizzling or dipping
Toothpicks or small skewers
Prepare pancake batter according to package instructions.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease.
