Monster Mash Cookies

Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

½ cup granulated sugar

1½ cups brown sugar

2 eggs + 1 egg yolk

1 tsp vanilla extract

2½ cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

2 cups rolled oats

1¼ cups Halloween M&Ms

1 cup crushed pretzels

1 cup chocolate chunks or chips

Candy eyeballs, Halloween sprinkles

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla.

Mix in dry ingredients, followed by oats, candies, pretzels, and chocolate.

Scoop dough into balls (~¼ cup), place 3″ apart.

Bake 8 mins, press in eyeballs and extra toppings, then bake 2–3 more mins.

Cool on tray before transferring.

Melt white chocolate and mix in tonic water.

Insert stick into each Oreo carefully.

Dip Oreos into the glowing coating and place on parchment.

Decorate with piped spiders or creepy candies.

Chill until set. Display under black light for maximum spook!
