1 ripe banana, mashed

1 cup rolled oats

¼ cup peanut butter or almond butter

2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

½ tsp ground cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)

Instructions

In a medium bowl, mash the banana until smooth.

Add oats, nut butter, sweetener, cinnamon, and vanilla. Mix well.

Stir in chia or flaxseeds if using.

Scoop out the mixture and roll into bite-sized balls.
