1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, toss shrimp with melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper.
Spread shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet or in a baking dish.
