Growing up, Sunday mornings meant the smell of pancakes and the sound of laughter filling the kitchen. Now, these Pancake Donuts bring that same joy—with a fun twist! They’re fluffy, sweet, and just the right size for little hands or a quick treat with your morning coffee. Whether you go classic or toss in chocolate chips or blueberries, they’re a bite of breakfast happiness

Ingredients

Pancake mix (just-add-water kind)

Milk (use instead of water for richer flavor)

Optional mix-ins:

Blueberries

Chocolate chips

Chopped nuts

Sprinkles

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare pancake mix per the box instructions, using milk instead of water.

Grease a donut tray well.

Pour batter into molds, filling each ¾ full. Add mix-ins if desired.

Bake 8–10 minutes, or until golden brown and springy to the touch.

Let cool a few minutes, then pop out and serve warm!
