Parmesan Ranch Mushrooms

Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, these air-fried mushrooms are the perfect snack or appetizer. Coated in savory Parmesan and zesty ranch seasoning, they’re bold, simple, and seriously addictive.

2 cups whole white mushrooms

½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

2 teaspoons olive oil

3 teaspoons ranch seasoning

Instructions

Prep the Mushrooms
Gently clean mushrooms and pat dry. Toss them in olive oil until evenly coated.

Coat with Flavor
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, making sure it sticks well to the tops.
Then, sprinkle ranch seasoning evenly over all the mushrooms.

Air Fry
Place mushrooms in a single layer in your air fryer basket.
Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 7–9 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

Serve
Let cool slightly, then serve warm. Perfect with ranch dip or on their own.
