Base:
¼ cup heat-treated flour (see note below)
½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup packed brown sugar
¾ cup creamy peanut butter (Jif or Skippy recommended)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
¼ cup powdered sugar
Mix-ins:
½ cup mini Reese’s cups, quartered
½ cup Reese’s Pieces
¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Cream the Base
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter, cream cheese, brown sugar, and peanut butter using an electric hand mixer on medium-high speed for 1–2 minutes, until light, smooth, and fluffy.
Tip: Scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl halfway through for an ultra-creamy texture.
Add the Dry Ingredients
Lower the mixer speed to low and add the heat-treated flour, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until no streaks remain, then increase to medium speed for about 30 seconds until perfectly combined.
Fold in the Goodies
Using a spatula, gently fold in the chopped Reese’s cups, Reese’s Pieces, and chocolate chips. This keeps the dip airy and ensures every scoop is packed with candy goodness!
Serve or Chill
Serve immediately for a soft, spoonable dip — or refrigerate for 30–60 minutes for a thicker, scoopable texture.
