  • ½ cup Milk or Cream

  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ cup Chopped Vegetables
  • ½ cup Cooked Crumbled Bacon or Sausage (optional)
  • ½ cup Chopped Turkey (optional)
  • Non-stick Cooking Spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a muffin tin by spraying with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, milk or cream, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped vegetables.
