Pimento Cheese Deviled Eggs

Bold, creamy, and Southern-inspired—these Pimento Cheese Deviled Eggs are a flavorful twist on the classic. With sharp cheddar, sweet pimentos, and a touch of spice, they’re the perfect bite-sized appetizer for brunches, holidays, or any gathering that needs a little extra kick.

12 large eggs, hard-boiled, peeled, and halved

1½ cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated or shredded

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp salt

½ tsp honey Dijon mustard

½ tsp garlic powder

1 cup mayonnaise (Duke’s preferred)

1 (4 oz) jar chopped pimentos, drained

Smoked paprika, for garnish

Instructions

Scoop out yolks from halved eggs and place in a mixing bowl.

Add cheddar, pepper, salt, mustard, garlic powder, mayonnaise, and pimentos to the yolks.

Mash and mix until smooth and creamy (or pulse in a food processor for extra smooth texture).

Spoon or pipe the filling back into the egg whites.

Sprinkle with smoked paprika before serving.

Chill for at least 30 minutes for best flavor.
