4 scoops vanilla protein powder

2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 cup almond butter

⅔ cup pumpkin puree

½ cup raw honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)

Instructions

Mix oats, protein powder, and spice in a large bowl.

Add almond butter, pumpkin puree, and honey. Stir until fully combined.

Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls. Chill for 30 minutes to firm up.
