These bite-sized caramel cracker snacks are the perfect combo of sweet, salty, and crunchy. Coated in a rich brown sugar-butter caramel and finished with a hint of cinnamon and vanilla, they’re dangerously easy to munch—and even easier to make!
1 (9 oz) package oyster crackers
1 cup butter (2 sticks)
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread oyster crackers evenly on the baking sheet.
In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly for 2–3 minutes.
Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
Pour caramel mixture over crackers and toss to coat.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, stirring halfway.
Cool completely, then break apart and serve.
