2 large bakery-style hoagie rolls or baguettes, split lengthwise and hollowed
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup heavy cream
¾ cup grated Parmesan
1 tsp Italian seasoning
¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste
½ cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Prep the Bread
