  • 2 smoked Polish sausages, sliced

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Peel and dice the potatoes into bite-sized cubes. Slice your onion and sausage.
  2. Heat your skillet: Place a large skillet over medium heat and pour in the olive oil or add your butter.
  3. Cook the potatoes: Toss in the diced potatoes and let them cook undisturbed for about 5–7 minutes to get a golden crust.
  4. Add the onions: Once the potatoes start to get some color, add in the sliced onions and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. In with the sausage: Add the sliced Polish sausage and cook for another 5–7 minutes until everything is heated through and well combined.
  6. Season to perfection: Sprinkle in salt and pepper to taste, stirring everything to ensure the seasoning is mixed throughout.
  7. Serve hot: Plate up your dish and enjoy!

Notes
