Ingredients

½ lb ground turkey

1 apple, diced (Honeycrisp or Gala work well)

1 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp ground cinnamon

¼ tsp smoked paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 tbsp chopped parsley or thyme

Optional: toasted walnuts, pumpkin seeds, or a drizzle of honey

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey, breaking it up with a spoon. Season with salt, pepper, cinnamon, and paprika.

When turkey is nearly cooked through, stir in diced apples. Sauté until apples are just softened and turkey is fully browned.

Spread Greek yogurt into two bowls.
