1 lb cooked chicken breasts, shredded

4 cups chicken broth

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup diced jalapeños (fresh or canned, adjust to taste)

½ cup cooked and crumbled bacon

1 medium onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Instructions

In a large pot over medium heat, sauté diced onion in a splash of oil until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook another minute.

Add shredded chicken, broth, jalapeños, bacon, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir to combine.

Stir in cream cheese until melted and smooth.
