Ingredients

8 oz pasta (your favorite kind)

2 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped

2 tbsp olive oil or butter

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

23 garlic cloves, minced

Optional: salt, pepper, and a pinch of red pepper flakes

Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.

In the same pot, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add spinach and cook just until wilted.

Toss in cooked pasta, Parmesan, and a splash of pasta water to make it creamy.

Season to taste, stir well, and serve warm!
