This high-protein bowl brings together tender, seared steak with caramelized roasted veggies and a cool, creamy scoop of cottage cheese seasoned to perfection. It’s simple, satisfying, and ideal for a balanced lunch or post-workout fuel.

6 oz steak (sirloin or flank), thinly sliced

1 cup roasted vegetables (like zucchini, peppers, or broccoli)

1/2 cup cottage cheese

Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and herbs (to season cottage cheese)

Olive oil, for cooking

Instructions

Cook Steak: Season steak with salt and pepper. Sear in a hot skillet with olive oil for 3–4 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let rest, then slice thin.

Roast Veggies: Toss veggies in olive oil and roast at 425°F for 20 minutes, or until tender and golden.

Season Cottage Cheese: Stir in garlic powder, salt, pepper, and herbs into the cottage cheese.
