A comforting favorite, these sticky beef noodles are rich, savory, and satisfying—perfect for a cozy weeknight dinner or a weekend feast.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz Noodles (egg or rice noodles)
  • 1 lb Beef (thinly sliced, such as flank steak)
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Hoisin Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Green Onions (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Noodles: Start by boiling a pot of water. Once it’s bubbling, add your noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Prepare the Beef: While your noodles are cooking, toss the thinly sliced flank steak in a bowl with the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and half of the minced garlic and ginger.
  3. Sauté the Aromatics: Heat a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the vegetable oil, then toss in the remaining garlic and ginger.
  4. Cook the Beef: Add the marinated beef to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  5. Combine with Noodles: Add the drained noodles to the skillet and gently toss everything together.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat, stir in the sliced green onions, and top with sesame seeds before serving.
