Crispy, salty, sweet, and just the right touch of heat—these bacon-wrapped cracker bites are the ultimate crowd-pleasing snack. Maple bacon caramelizes over buttery crackers with a brown sugar glaze and optional cayenne for a kick. Whether for game day, holiday parties, or a savory-sweet treat, these are completely addictive.
• 30 Club crackers (or buttery substitutes like Ritz or Townhouse)
• 15 slices maple-flavored bacon, cut in half
• ¾ cup brown sugar
• ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional, or sub black pepper/red pepper flakes)
Preheat Oven: Set oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
Assemble Bites: Lay crackers on the rack. Sprinkle each with brown sugar, then wrap each cracker with a half-slice of bacon. Secure with a toothpick if needed.
Add Heat: Sprinkle cayenne pepper (or substitute) over the top if you like it spicy.
Bake: Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until bacon is crispy and sugar is bubbly.
Cool Slightly: Let cool for 5 minutes before serving—they’ll crisp up as they rest.
