4 thick slices of brioche or challah
2 eggs
1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup whole milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Butter or oil for cooking
Toppings:
Whipped cream
Fresh berries or sliced bananas
Dusting of cinnamon or powdered sugar
In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, all three milks, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.
