2 slices turkey bacon, chopped

1/4 avocado, mashed or sliced

1/2 cup fresh spinach

1 whole grain wrap or tortilla

Salt, pepper, chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

Cook the bacon: In a nonstick skillet, cook turkey bacon until browned and crispy. Remove and set aside.

Scramble the eggs: In the same skillet, scramble eggs until fluffy. Add spinach and cook until just wilted.
