1 lb ground turkey
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder

3 cups cauliflower rice (store-bought or homemade)
1/2 cup diced bell peppers
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup salsa or pico de gallo
1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)
