1 cup butter, slightly softened
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
4 tsp vanilla extract
2 & 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 & 1/3 cups Valentine’s Day M&M’s
14 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped (regular-stuffed)
Preheat & Prep: Set oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Cream Butter & Sugars: Beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, and mix until combined.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet mixture.
Fold in the Fun: Gently stir in M&M’s and chopped Oreos until evenly distributed.
Scoop & Bake: Scoop cookie dough onto the baking sheet, leaving room to spread. Bake for 9–11 minutes, until edges are golden and centers are soft.
