1 lb breakfast sausage (mild or spicy)
1 (16 oz) block Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 (10 oz) can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies)
Optional: ¼ tsp garlic powder, ¼ tsp onion powder
Optional garnish: sliced green onions or chopped cilantro
Brown the Sausage: In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until fully browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
