  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Grate the zucchini using a box grater and place it in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Mix the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in another bowl.
  4. Combine the dry ingredients with the zucchini, add the eggs, and stir until blended.
  5. Form small balls of dough, poke a hole in the center, and stretch them into bagel shapes.
  6. Top the bagels with your chosen seeds or seasoning.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Cool for a few minutes on a wire rack before serving.
