1 sheet refrigerated puff pastry or 1 package crescent roll dough
8 oz brie cheese, cut into small cubes
½ cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a 24-cup mini muffin tin.
Cut puff pastry (or crescent dough) into 24 small squares and press into the muffin tin to form little cups.
Place a cube of brie in each cup, then top with about ½ teaspoon cranberry sauce.
Bake 12–15 minutes, until pastry is golden and cheese is melted.
