  • 3 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup ice
  • Optional toppings: a slice of fresh pineapple, maraschino cherries, coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Gather your blender — no need for fancy kitchen gadgets, a basic blender will do.
  2. Add 1 ½ cups of coconut milk as the base.
  3. Toss in 3 cups of frozen pineapple chunks.
