Amazing Sticky Honey Garlic Cauliflower

A delightful blend of sweet and savory flavors, this sticky honey garlic cauliflower is an easy, crowd-pleasing dish that will leave everyone smiling.

Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Green onions, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Coat the florets with olive oil and toss well to coat, then add salt and pepper to taste, followed by soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and optional red pepper flakes. Toss everything together.
  3. Spread your cauliflower evenly on a lined baking sheet and roast for about 25-30 minutes, turning once halfway through.
  4. While roasting, prepare extra glaze if desired by combining honey and soy sauce in a small saucepan; brush this over cauliflower in the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  5. Transfer roasted cauliflower to a serving platter, and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.

Notes

Serve with steamed rice or quinoa for a delicious meal. Can be made in advance and reheated for best results.
