  • 2 tablespoons hemp hearts
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 Medjool date, pitted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 handfuls of ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Gather and wash the apples thoroughly, then slice them up.
  2. Combine The Base: In your blender, pour in the almond milk.
  3. Add the Apples: Toss in the apple slices.
  4. Add Oats, Nut Butters, and Seeds: Include rolled oats, almond butter, hemp hearts, and chia seeds, then blend for about 15-20 seconds.
  5. Sweeten Up: Add the Medjool date, vanilla extract, and cinnamon, blending until smooth.
  6. Chill It Down: Throw in the ice cubes and blend until everything is well combined.
  7. Taste Test: Adjust sweetness or cinnamon if needed.
